Research Farm Tour
Every year we request our suppliers to allow our new employees to visits their farms, and received practice courses related to seedling.
It's not only create good relationship with suppliers, but also help us learn the characteristics and feature of products, by that lead to the improvement in the ability of information providing to customers.
Specific training system
By dividing managing position to four levels (officer, director・deputy director, manager・deputy manager, assistant manager) , we enable identify issues and study of solutions beyond the wall of each department, so that unify the views and recognition, and finally strengthen the foundation for the growth of the company through consciousness unity.
